| Job Description | • Knowledge of conditions of contract and contractual procedures involving Client, Consultant and Sub-contractors.
• Carry out all estimating activities involved during pre-tender, post-tender, variation orders and new proposals.
• Detailed quantity take-off’s including BOQ recapitulation.
• Prepare tenders for all systems, products, and services to client specifications/requirements.
• Enquire, consult and coordinate with client & consultant representatives for specification/ technical and BOQ clarifications required for tenders and proposals.
• Good computer skills with basic knowledge of AutoCad and Microsoft Office.
• To undertake full responsibility for quantity surveying activities on allocated contracts, from contract award to agreement of final account, with the objective to maintain financial control of contracts and to increase profitability and cash flow for the Company.
• Accurate and effective management of financial expenditure.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and project cash-flow charts.

| Skill Required | • Engineering Degree (CIVIL).
• Knowledge of FIDIC & CESMM-3.
• Minimum 10 years experience.
• Auto Cad, MS Project.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point
