Job description:
• Prepare, maintain data and analyze overall Project Program progress.
• Provide operational support in contributing information and guidance to ensure the productive and timely completion of the project through the preparation, coordination and continuous updating of an overall program for the site construction works.
• Create, maintain and progress overall site resources and company’s available resources to review existing material and equipment schedules and obtain updated delivery information from the relevant departments.
• Record works additional to the original requirements and all variations and revisions, which must be incorporated in the site plan and informing the appropriate staff and subcontractors of any changes to their workload and any alterations to the targets previously set.
• Review subcontractors’ program to ensure compatibility with project requirements.
• Monitoring of site progress and preparation of weekly ‘look-a-heads’ to maintain objectives and agreed milestones.
• Prepare project proposals and construction methodologies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly technical reports of the project accomplishments.
• He should coordinate all Project related issues.

| Skill Required | Please note that ALL candidates must have oil and gas experience and be electrical engineers.
• 15 years experience in Electrical/ Instrument industry.
• Bachelors in Electrical/ Instrument Engineering from a reputed university
• Applicant must have minimum 5 yrs in the Electrical field, preferably in the Gulf region and oil and gas experience.
• Preferable to have experience in high rise Projects.
• Good oral and written communication skills in English
International mobility.
• Must be computer literate and well conversant in MS office / Primavera packages.
• Be well organized, talented and autonomous in his job. He will be able to make the right decision at his level.
• Must have knowledge of turnkey works, be capable of handling a medium sized project and should have handled responsibilities as a Project Engineer / Site Engineer through these years.
• Well developed coordination skills along with an eye for quality finishes and experience in handling prestigious interior fit out projects.
• Proficiency in French and/ or Arabic- an advantage.
• GCC Driving License will be an added advantage.
