Skill RequiredDuration: 1year Optional: 1year extension Rotation: 60 on / 15 off Criteria:- § Engineering Degree § Chartered member of recognised international professional body desirable § written and spoken English, Knowledge of French desirable § 15 years construction and installation of upstream O&G § 7 years in an EPCI manager position. § Preparation and coordination of EPC proposals. § Technical evaluation of bids for equipment and services § Experience in construction, installation, testing and commissioning of O&G facilities § knowledge of the elements of cost in construction and maintenance including determination of unit cost § knowledge of construction and installation processes and procedures, equipment, tools, materials, application. § knowledge of inspection and investigation techniques. § knowledge of international codes and standards and application to O&G facilities operation
