| Job Description | Manage the administration for all Algerian employees (Contract, payroll, HR documents filing, leave follow up, social insurance), implementation & monitor HR policy & processes, ensure employee relationship, and support all units in the day to day management issues.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure full management of employees contractual situation.
• Ensure proper filling of all employees related documents.
• Ensure compliance of business practices and company policies with Labor Law and the company’s Values Chart.
• Realign and develop Company policies, ensure proper level of communication and control application.
• Support HR processes deployment.
• Support managers during the deployment of all the processes.
• Ensure permanent update of payroll information, prepare gratuity payment calculation, follow-up benefit payment.
• Support recruitment actions by providing country resources and ensuring candidate interviews.
• Ensure accuracy of information into the local and corporate HR IS.
• Ensure deployment of HR IS tools as broadly as possible.
• Follow up of all training and provide required local training.
