| Job Description | • Coordination and supervision of leak detection teams;
• Coordination of water network modeling team;
• Coordination of water network sectorization activities;
• Customer advisor on technical issues (teams, equipments, tools, procedures, etc);
• Planning and follow up of activities for improvement of water network

| Skill Required | • Experience on leak detection, sectorization of water networks, pressure management.
• Experience on planning and coordination of field activities on water networks (leak detection, network inspection, works supervision, etc).
• Experienced on workers management.
• Knowledge on water network modeling tools.
• Knowledge on Geographical Information Systems (GIS) and its application to water networks.
• Notions on telecontrol systems (SCADA).
• Notions on commercial management of water utilities (user data bases, management of customer flow meters)
• Fluent English.
• Optional: Arabic language.
• Dynamic person, with initiative, willing for relocation.
