| Job Description | Ability to manage the entire life cycle of Project Cost Control. from award to project completion and recommend ‘Cost Effective” solutions to ensure that projects are delivered within budgets.
Develop, coordinate and manage procedures to ensure the setting up of ‘Cost Control Dept’ for spearheading efficient cost control of the Projects, including the recording, controlling, forecasting and reporting of all financial matters .

| Skill Required | • MS in Engineering from internationally recognized university
• Certified Cost Controller (CCC) an advantage.
• MBA in Finance an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Project Management Computer systems
• 10 to 12 years experience, with at least 5 years experience in a senior level or as a lead cost control engineer, preferably in an Electro-Mechanical Contracting company.
• A thorough knowledge of all Project Management Control Systems primarily for cost control, but also for planning, procurement, QS, document control and accounting desirable.
• Ability to effectively and efficiently plan / prioritise all areas of responsibility such as: Budgets; Time management; Resources – training and succession planning.
• Proven ability to design/test/enhance Project Material Cost Control System essential.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel & Power Point
• Should have worked on an ERP System.
