Job DescriptionReporting to the Global Sales and Marketing Director and working closely with the local Managing Director - Middle East in an individual contributor role and working within a matrix team, you will be responsible for: Generating new business from international, regional and country customers with a particular focus on the power, oil and gas and infrastructure sectors. Preparing sales action plans in line with the overall sales strategy to ensure a targeted and focused approach that consistently contributes to the overall growth aims of the business In conjunction with overall sales strategy, create sales plans to grow revenue for designated accounts/region. Identify, research, plan contact potential clients to establish new business in order to achieve targeted revenue growth Prepare quotes, pre qualifications and tenders within set deadlines and ensure timely and professional submission of all information as requested by clients, ensure follow-up. Resolve customer complaints by addressing problems, facilitating the development of solutions, preparing reports and making recommendations to managers and Monitor customer satisfaction Liaise with technical/operations teams to ensure excellent communication channels exist to facilitate the successful hand-over and execution of the new and current business. Close working relationship with the affiliate Business Managers, Regional Sales Executives, Competence Center leaders and Global Sales and Marketing Director to identify sales opportunities for new/existing clients with new/existing services for new/existing markets and support marketing strategy and business development teams.
Skill RequiredUniversity degree with a technical background and understanding, preferably an Engineer (BSc) or equivalent Minimum 5 to 8 years experience in a similar service provider and/or industry ( at least 3 years in a sales management or leadership position with practical experience of large industrial projects preferably with a project management background) Knowledge and understanding of: quality requirements within the industry, industrial verification, inspection, certification and testing; QA/QC and supply chain management - HSE regulations, standards, methods, best practice. Basic understanding of NDT and testing methods is preferred. Currently in a sales position with regional responsibility, preferably with a inspection and testing service provider A strong personal network as a basis for generating new business in power, oil, gas and chemical industry
