Responsibilities:
1. Contract management & claims
Contracts clauses analysis and risks identification
Review AR for contracts (order acknowledgement)
Be involved in some projects operational issues acc. to their importance
2. Projects process / administration
Manage booking orders and invoicing (projects contracts admin.)
Enforce PMH rules and Project Quality Plan and its implementation in projects
Control Risks & Opportunities management by PMs + RAI assessment (& consolidation at unit level)
Projects Reviews scheduling and adherence to template/processes
Adherence to tools such as KEOPS
Tool elaboration and enforcement (determination of project management tool that may be missing, development and implementation)
3. Book & Bill
Orders/Sales Push management & consolidation
managing overall targets
sales milestones & projects global scheduling
Strong interaction with Project financial controllers/Finance on OWC/Cash management
4. Operational KPIs , operational dashboard & customer satisfaction
NMD/BCR, OTD, Projects IN-OUT (booking/warranty/closing)
Customer Satisfaction monitoring : NPS-CER
Transfer from tenders (% of transfer reviews performed)
Projects Gate reviews
Workload curves analysis & correlation of load vs business and capacity of the ops team (WLU)
5. Projects Managers coaching
Deploy PMH training
Deploy project management processes, quality enhancements & best practices
Management of the Project Management Office team.
