Job description:
Supervise a technical team in the following areas:
NETWEAVER SOLUTION MANAGER, WORKFLOW, BI, Adobe forms
Network Administrators
Oracle Database Administrators
System Administrators on UNIX / Windows
Administrators-servers, and response time optimizers (virtualization, network ...)
ABAP Developer (Java too)
Installer software solutions SAP ECC - TRM / PSCD (Tax and Revenue Management / Public Sector Collection and Disbursment), BI, CRM, Portal, record management box
Manage the technical deliverables in the context of overall planning and resource allocation.
Provide interface with the teams: functional and change management.
Establish a good relationship at the technical level with clients and coordinate with the technical team of the client for the transfer of knowledge.

| Skill Required | Bachelor’s in engineering, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in technical fields.
Experience in team management
Experience working in teams, in reporting
Fluent French, English knowledge (knowledge of Arabic will be an asset)
Motivation to work in Algeria, with respect to the strong local culture
Knowledge of public sector, and Knowledge of SAP ERP will be an asset
Knowledge methodology pilot projects such as ASAP
Good knowledge of office tools, and MS Project, Visio.
